We are seeking a highly skilled, data-driven, and creative Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital marketing strategy for our new luxury hotel/resort during the pre-opening and post-opening phases. This role is critical in building brand awareness, driving direct bookings, increasing online visibility, and maximizing revenue through digital channels in the competitive Vietnam hospitality market.
As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the full digital ecosystem — from strategy and content to performance marketing, SEO, social media, and analytics — while working closely with the General Manager, Revenue Management, and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Pre-Opening Campaign

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for pre-opening, soft opening, and grand opening campaigns.
Build and manage the hotel’s website, booking engine, and online reputation across all platforms.
Create engaging content calendars featuring destination storytelling, hotel experiences, and local culture.

Performance Marketing & Revenue Support

Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TripAdvisor, etc.) with a strong focus on ROI and direct revenue generation.
Optimize SEO/SEM to improve organic rankings on Google and hospitality-specific platforms.
Implement email marketing, CRM automation, and remarketing strategies to drive conversions.

Social Media & Content Marketing

Lead social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and WeChat.
Oversee influencer partnerships, user-generated content, and virtual tours for the new property.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Meta Business Suite, and hotel PMS data.
Provide regular reports on KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, occupancy contribution).
Continuously test and optimize campaigns for better performance.

Team & Collaboration

Build and mentor a small digital marketing team (or manage agencies).
Work closely with Revenue, Sales, and PR teams to align digital efforts with overall business goals.
Support document verification and compliance for all digital advertising contracts, influencer agreements, and vendor partnerships.

Budget Management

Manage the digital marketing budget efficiently and deliver strong ROI during pre-opening and beyond.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Certifications (Google Ads, Analytics, Facebook Blueprint) are a strong plus.

Experience

6–10+ years in digital marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a senior role.
Proven experience in hospitality, travel, or luxury lifestyle brands is highly desirable.
Strong track record in pre-opening or new brand launches is a big advantage.

Technical & Language Skills

Expert in Google Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.).
Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for content creation.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Vietnamese proficiency is required. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
