We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly ethical Accountant and Auditor to join our finance team. Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting: Manage the general ledger, perform month-end/year-end closing procedures, and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.

Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports for management and stakeholders.

Audit Execution: Conduct rigorous internal audits of operational processes and financial records to ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.

Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns; ensure timely filing and compliance with all tax laws and regulations.

Budgeting & Analysis: Support the budgeting and forecasting process by analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and reporting on budget variances.

Internal Controls: Evaluate and strengthen internal control systems to mitigate risk, prevent fraud, and ensure the reliability of financial data.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of accounting and audit workflows.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits; provide clear, professional guidance to department managers regarding financial procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree in Accounting is a plus. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) designation is highly preferred.

Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in public accounting or corporate accounting/auditing.

Technical Skills:

Deep knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with enterprise-grade accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

Strong background in auditing methodologies, risk assessment, and financial control frameworks.
