We are looking for a highly organized and systematic Filing Clerk to maintain our physical and digital records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, archiving, and retrieving important business documents, ensuring that our information management system is efficient, secure, and accurate.

Job Responsibilities
Systematic Organization: Establish and maintain an efficient filing system (both paper-based and electronic) for all company documents.

Documentation Management: Sort, categorize, and label documents correctly, ensuring they are stored in the appropriate files for quick retrieval.

Data Retrieval: Promptly retrieve requested files or documents for other departments or management upon request.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential documents (contracts, personal records, financial reports) with the highest level of security and discretion.

Record Archiving: Regularly review files to archive inactive records and destroy outdated documents in compliance with company policy.

Inventory Tracking: Maintain an updated list/index of all archived documents for easy tracking and reference.

Support: Assist the Admin team with scanning, photocopying, and general record-keeping tasks.

Job Requirements
Education: High school diploma or Associate’s degree in Library Science, Records Management, Business, or related fields.

Experience: 1–2 years of experience in clerical, administrative, or archival roles.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) for digital filing and indexing.

Familiarity with digital document management systems or cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive, SharePoint).

Ability to operate standard office equipment (high-speed scanners, copiers).

Soft Skills:

High Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision to ensure documents are filed in the correct location.

Integrity: Absolute honesty and commitment to maintaining the privacy of company records.

Organization: Strong aptitude for structuring complex information into a logical, accessible format.
