JOB DESCRIPTION: Criteo Advertising Specialist
1. Job Objective
The Criteo Advertising Specialist is responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling performance-based retargeting and display advertising campaigns. The primary goal is to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and drive customer conversion through data-driven strategies within the Criteo ecosystem.
2. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Set up, launch, and monitor dynamic retargeting and display campaigns across the Criteo platform.
Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates; adjust bidding strategies, budget allocation, and audiences to meet performance targets.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign metrics and customer behavior data to provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative/design team to ensure ad banners and visual assets are optimized for high click-through and conversion rates.
Technical Integration: Manage product feeds, track conversion pixels, and ensure seamless synchronization between the website and the Criteo engine.
Strategy Refinement: Stay updated with Criteo’s latest features (e.g., Predictive Bidding, Audience Match) and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the sales and marketing teams to align ad spend with current promotions and inventory availability.
3. Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Advertising, Business, or a related quantitative field.
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns, with a specific focus on Criteo or similar retargeting platforms (Google Display, Meta Ads).
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in managing ad platforms and performance dashboards.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) for data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and feed management tools.
