We are seeking a high-energy, friendly, and safety-conscious Amusement and Recreation Attendant to join our guest services and entertainment team. Key Responsibilities
Ride & Attraction Operation: Safely operate amusement rides, water slides, go-kart tracks, or virtual reality stations, strictly following startup, running, and emergency shutdown procedures.

Guest Safety & Boarding Controls: Verify guest height and age requirements, secure safety harnesses, lock restraint bars, and monitor seating capacity before initiating any ride or attraction.

Ticketing & Point of Sale (POS): Greet incoming guests, sell admission tickets or wristbands, process cash and card transactions accurately, and explain park rules or package pricing.

Game Hosting & Prize Distribution: Host carnival-style games or arcade areas, explain gameplay rules to participants, maintain high enthusiasm, and distribute prizes to winners fairly.

Crowd Control & Queue Management: Organize and manage guest lines efficiently during peak hours, reducing wait-time frustration through clear, polite communication and active engagement.

Facility Inspection & Upkeep: Perform routine pre-opening safety checks on equipment, clean seating areas, clear debris from walkways, and ensure the entire attraction zone remains spotless and inviting.

Incident Response & Reporting: Monitor guest behavior constantly to prevent rule violations; respond calmly and quickly to lost children, minor injuries, or ride malfunctions, reporting incidents immediately to supervisors.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; certifications in First Aid, CPR, or specialized ride operator safety training are highly valued.

Experience: 0–2+ years of experience in amusement parks, arcade centers, hospitality customer service, event hosting, or fast-paced retail environments.

Technical Skills:

Basic mechanical aptitude to understand and safely operate control panels, turnstiles, and electronic ticketing software.

Solid mathematical skills for handling cash, calculating change, and auditing inventory logs at the end of a shift.

Familiarity with facility safety codes, ride operation restrictions, and basic emergency response protocols.

Exceptional physical stamina and endurance; capable of standing, walking, and speaking loudly for full shifts, often in warm, outdoor weather conditions.
