Key Responsibilities
Surface Sanitization & Dusting: Dust, wipe down, and sanitize high-touch surfaces daily, including workstations, desks, door handles, handrails, counters, and electronic office equipment.

Floor Care Maintenance: Sweep, vacuum, mop, and scrub various floor types (carpet, hardwood, tile, marble) using appropriate industrial vacuums, steam mops, or floor buffers.

Restroom Hygiene Upkeep: Clean and deep-sanitize restroom facilities thoroughly, including toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, and walls; restock essential consumables like soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.

Waste & Recycling Management: Empty trash bins, recycling containers, and shredders across all designated areas regularly; replace liners, sanitize bins, and transport waste safely to external disposal zones.

Glass & Window Clarification: Clean interior glass panels, partitions, mirrors, and accessible low-level windows to keep them completely streak-free and crystal clear.

Chemical Safety & Inventory Tracking: Mix, dilute, and apply specialized cleaning chemicals strictly according to safety data sheets (SDS) and health codes; monitor cleaning supply levels and report shortages to supervisors.

Reporting & Hazard Management: Maintain sharp situational awareness to identify and report facility maintenance issues (e.g., leaky pipes, broken fixtures, burnt-out lights); deploy "Wet Floor" signs immediately to prevent slip-and-fall hazards.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; basic training or certifications in commercial sanitation, occupational health, or green cleaning practices are a plus.

Experience: 0–2+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, or residential cleaning, janitorial hospitality services, or general housekeeping.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in operating commercial cleaning machinery, such as industrial vacuums, steam extractors, floor polishers, and pressure washers.

Solid knowledge of proper chemical dilution ratios, color-coded microfiber cloth systems, and safe handling procedures for hazardous materials.

Basic reading skills to interpret product safety labels, dilution guidelines, and daily facility cleaning checklists.

Personal Attributes:

Exceptional physical stamina, mobility, and agility; capable of lifting up to 30–50 lbs, bending, kneeling, stretching, and remaining active on your feet for entire shifts.

Sharp attention to detail, with an internal drive to spot hidden dust, smudges, and unhygienic spots that others might overlook.

Highly reliable, punctual, and disciplined, with a proven ability to manage time efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision.
