We are seeking a fast-paced, highly energetic, and resourceful Set Runner to support our film, commercial, and video production operations. In this role, you will be the primary multi-tasker on the production floor, responsible for executing urgent logistical errands, distributing vital documents, and ensuring seamless communication between different departments on set. You will balance intense physical stamina with a proactive mindset, executing "last-minute" requests from directors, producers, and crew members with absolute speed and accuracy. If you possess a strong work ethic, a valid driver's license, and the resilience to adapt instantly to the chaotic flow of a live camera environment, this is an outstanding opportunity to gain essential, hands-on industry experience.

Key Responsibilities
On-and-Off Set Errands (Running): Execute urgent external trips to pick up or return specialized equipment, props, hard drives, wardrobe adjustments, or emergency production supplies from vendors.

Catering & Craft Services Logistics: Organize, replenish, and maintain the cleanliness of the craft services area; coordinate and distribute crew breakfasts, lunches, and hydration to prevent set delays.

Document Distribution: Print, organize, and physically hand out updated call sheets, daily script revisions, storyboards, and talent release forms to key crew members and supervisors.

Set Setup, Cleanliness & Wrap: Help clear paths, move basic props, lay down safety cable mats, and constantly remove trash or debris from the filming perimeter to ensure a clean frame and safe workplace.

Lockdown & Traffic Support: Assist production assistants in managing crowd control, guarding restricted entry points, and asking pedestrians for silence during active camera rolling blocks.

Gear Handling & Transport Support: Assist technical crews with loading and unloading grip, lighting, or camera trucks at the beginning and end of production days.

Administrative Assistance: Help the production office coordinator with data entry, sorting expense receipts, scanning invoices, and organizing transport logs for crew vehicles.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; coursework or a degree in Film, Media Arts, Journalism, or Communications is a plus.

Experience: 0–1+ years of experience as a runner, production assistant, delivery driver, or event crew member within creative media industries.

Technical Skills:

Basic familiarity with professional set etiquette, hierarchies, and production terminology (e.g., "Speed," "Rolling," "Wrap").

Proficiency in using smartphone navigation tools, ride-hailing/delivery applications, and basic digital communication platforms (Zalo, WhatsApp, Slack).

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable personal transportation is strictly required for executing off-site errands.

Personal Attributes:

Exceptional physical health and endurance; capable of lifting up to 40 lbs, walking long distances across large filming locations, and standing for full 12+ hour shifts.

A highly proactive, problem-solving attitude; someone who takes initiative and thrives on finding instant solutions with zero hesitation.

Highly reliable, early to call times, and exceptionally composed when working under high-pressure, time-sensitive filming deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal and listening skills, allowing you to take multi-step directions from producers or department heads accurately.
