We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Production Intern to join our live events, entertainment, and media production team. In this role, you will work directly alongside seasoned producers, stage managers, and technical leads, gaining hands-on exposure to the entire lifecycle of a production—from pre-event planning to live execution and post-show strike. Key Responsibilities
Pre-Production Administrative Support: Assist with administrative workflows, including organizing production schedules, drafting crew contact sheets, updating asset lists, and preparing physical briefing folders.

On-Site Logistics & Errand Coordination: Run vital on-site errands, coordinate catering deliveries, restock hospitality suites, and ensure dressing rooms are fully prepped and supplied for talent and VIP clients.

Backstage Crew & Stage Assistance: Shadow the stage management team, assisting with prop placement, distributing daily cue sheets, guiding microphone runners, and helping maintain a clear, hazard-free backstage environment.

Vendor & Talent Reception: Act as a secondary point of contact at the production office or entrance gates, greeting vendors, scanning crew credentials, and escorting talent or keynote speakers to their designated green rooms.

Equipment & Inventory Tracking: Assist logistics supervisors in checking in rental gear, counting production supplies, applying barcodes, and logging equipment data into digital inventory trackers.

Media & Social Content Support: Help capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) photos or video clips for production archives and corporate social media channels; assist with basic copy writing or asset sorting when required.

Post-Event Strike Coordination: Support the wrap team during post-show dismantle, ensuring internal documents, production signage, and corporate assets are safely gathered, sorted, and packed back into inventory storage.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree or diploma in Event Management, Media Production, Theater Arts, Communications, Hospitality, or a related creative field.

Experience: 0–1 years of experience; prior volunteer work at music festivals, university theater plays, student film sets, or local community events is highly valued.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in utilizing standard digital collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

Familiarity with basic digital media formats and standard social media video capturing platforms.

Ability to read, digest, and rapidly memorize production timelines, venue maps, and complex multi-department schedules.

Personal Attributes:

Excellent physical health and high endurance; comfortable staying active on your feet, walking long distances across large venues, and working long production days.

An articulate, enthusiastic, and highly proactive communicator who listens carefully and asks sharp questions to ensure task accuracy.

Highly reliable, early to call times, and exceptionally flexible to adapt to changing show environments and non-traditional schedules (early mornings, late nights, weekends).

Sharp situational awareness to spot logistics bottlenecks, safety issues, or immediate crew needs and address them or report them swiftly.
