We are seeking a dedicated, empathetic, and highly organized Customer Service Representative to act as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. Key Responsibilities
Customer Support Excellence: Provide prompt, accurate, and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
Inquiry Resolution: Take ownership of customer issues, from troubleshooting technical concerns to processing orders and returns, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Product & Policy Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide clear, informed guidance to all inquiries.
Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term customer loyalty by practicing active listening, empathy, and personalized problem-solving.
Data Accuracy & Reporting: Maintain precise records of customer interactions, documenting feedback and recurring issues in our CRM system to facilitate service improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the sales, technical, and logistics teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
Feedback Integration: Act as the "voice of the customer" by identifying patterns in customer feedback and providing actionable insights to the management team.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: 2–4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-volume service or retail environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong typing skills and ability to navigate multiple digital platforms simultaneously.
Experience with multi-channel support (voice, email, chat, social media).
