We are seeking an experienced, decisive, and people-focused First-Line Supervisor to lead and inspire our administrative support team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, optimizing team productivity, and ensuring that our service standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, train, and mentor administrative staff, conducting regular performance evaluations and fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
Operational Oversight: Manage daily workflows, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to ensure that all administrative goals and service-level agreements (SLAs) are achieved.
Process Optimization: Analyze existing administrative procedures to identify inefficiencies, implementing improvements that streamline operations and reduce costs.
Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), generate productivity reports, and provide actionable feedback to staff and senior management.
Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary point of escalation for complex administrative issues, resolving interpersonal conflicts and operational bottlenecks with professional authority.
Resource Allocation: Manage staff scheduling, handle attendance tracking, and ensure appropriate workload distribution to prevent burnout and maintain service levels.
Policy Enforcement: Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, data security protocols, and industry compliance standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in administrative or clerical roles, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in office productivity suites (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and project management tools.
Experience using CRM or ERP systems to track metrics and manage team output.
Strong aptitude for developing and maintaining standardized operating procedures (SOPs).
