We are seeking a highly organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our HR operations and provide exceptional service to our employees. In this role, you will be responsible for managing essential administrative workflows, facilitating the onboarding process, and maintaining the accuracy of our personnel records. Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including processing employee documentation, updating personnel files, and handling routine HR inquiries.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate the new hire process, including preparing welcome materials, scheduling orientations, and assisting with exit processes to ensure a smooth transition.
Data Integrity: Maintain accurate employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring all sensitive data is handled with strict confidentiality and in compliance with labor laws.
Recruitment Coordination: Assist the recruiting team by scheduling interviews, screening initial applications, and coordinating communication with potential candidates.
Benefits & Leave Administration: Provide support in administering employee benefits, leave requests, and attendance tracking, acting as a resource for employee questions.
Communication Liaison: Serve as a friendly point of contact for employees, providing clear information on company policies, procedures, and internal programs.
Reporting & Compliance: Assist in the preparation of HR reports, such as turnover statistics or training completion rates, and ensure all practices adhere to regulatory requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an administrative support or HR assistant role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong aptitude for digital document management and data privacy.
Experience with virtual meeting platforms and internal communication tools.
