We are seeking a meticulous, organized, and data-driven Inventory Clerk to maintain the precision and integrity of our stock levels. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking inventory movement, performing regular cycle counts, and ensuring that our systems accurately reflect physical stock on hand. Key Responsibilities
Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels daily, record all incoming and outgoing goods, and update inventory databases to ensure real-time accuracy.

Cycle Counting: Perform scheduled and random physical inventory counts to verify system data, identifying and investigating discrepancies immediately.

Stock Organization: Maintain an orderly and accessible warehouse layout, ensuring all products are correctly labeled, binned, and stored according to safety and quality standards.

Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular inventory reports, highlighting low-stock items, slow-moving products, or recurring variance issues for management review.

Process Improvement: Assist in implementing cycle counting procedures and workflow optimizations to reduce shrinkage and improve picking efficiency.

Quality Control: Inspect inventory during storage and retrieval to ensure items are free from damage and meet our quality assurance standards.

Collaboration: Coordinate with the shipping, receiving, and procurement teams to ensure seamless data handoffs and inventory availability.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in inventory or supply chain management is a plus.

Experience: 2–4+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or stockroom operations.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Inventory Management Systems (IMS) or ERP software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite).

Strong aptitude for using barcode scanners, handheld data terminals, and Microsoft Excel.

Familiarity with inventory audit methodologies and reconciliation processes.
