We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Office Clerk to provide essential administrative support and ensure the smooth daily operation of our office. In this role, you will be the backbone of our administrative functions, responsible for managing documentation, facilitating office communications, and maintaining an orderly workspace. Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Manage daily office tasks, including filing documents, handling correspondence, processing mail, and maintaining physical and digital records.
Office Coordination: Monitor and maintain office inventory, coordinate supply orders, and ensure that common areas remain organized and fully equipped.
Communication Liaison: Act as a first point of contact for visitors and internal staff, managing phone calls, scheduling meetings, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Data Entry & Management: Perform accurate data entry into company databases, generate routine reports, and assist in maintaining the integrity of office documentation.
Scheduling & Logistics: Assist in coordinating appointments, travel arrangements, and event logistics as required by the management team.
Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure all office procedures adhere to company policies and maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and company records.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in administrative workflows and recommend simple, effective solutions to enhance team productivity.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an office, clerical, or administrative support role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment (printers, scanners, multi-line phone systems).
Strong aptitude for digital file management and office software platforms.
Accurate and efficient keyboarding skills.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple deadlines.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to documentation and record-keeping to prevent errors.
Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills with a polite, helpful, and discreet demeanor.
Resourcefulness: Ability to solve routine office problems independently and work effectively with minimal supervision.
