We are seeking a warm, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to serve as the face of our organization and the primary point of contact for all visitors and callers. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, managing front-desk operations, and ensuring that communication flows seamlessly across the office. Key Responsibilities
First-Class Reception: Greet visitors, clients, and partners with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring they are welcomed, announced, and directed appropriately.
Communication Management: Handle a multi-line phone system, screen and route calls, and manage general office inquiries via email or in-person with speed and accuracy.
Front-Office Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, including managing visitor logs, security badges, and parcel deliveries.
Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with booking conference rooms, managing office calendars, and coordinating logistics for guests or deliveries.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to various departments, such as filing, data entry, scanning, and preparing meeting materials.
Brand Ambassador: Act as a representative of the company’s culture, ensuring that all interactions reflect our values of professionalism, kindness, and efficiency.
Emergency Procedures: Serve as a key contact for building security and emergency protocols, ensuring all visitors are aware of safety guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; certification in office administration or hospitality management is preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or front-office support role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with modern multi-line phone systems.
Familiarity with visitor management software or digital scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook Calendar, Google Workspace).
Ability to handle basic office equipment (copiers, printers, scanners).
