Specialist, Export Customer Service & Sales Support
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Export Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to bridge the gap between our international sales team and logistics operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that all export documentation is accurate, orders are processed efficiently, and our international clients receive high-quality service throughout the shipping process.

Key Responsibilities
Order Management: Process international customer orders, ensuring data accuracy in the CRM/ERP system from initial inquiry to final delivery.

Export Documentation: Prepare and verify essential export documents (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bills of Lading) to ensure full compliance with international shipping regulations.

Sales Support: Act as the primary internal contact for the sales team, providing updates on shipment statuses, inventory availability, and export lead times.

Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for international clients regarding shipment tracking, delivery updates, and issue resolution.

Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with freight forwarders and internal warehouse teams to troubleshoot shipping delays or customs clearance issues.

Reporting: Generate daily/weekly reports on order volume, export statuses, and customer satisfaction metrics to support the sales leadership team.

Candidate Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.

Experience: 1–3 years in export documentation, logistics customer service, or international sales support.

Technical Proficiency:

Experience with ERP/CRM software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Zoho).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for tracking shipments and lead lists).

Knowledge of international trade terminology (Incoterms, HTS codes) is a significant plus.
