JOB DESCRIPTION: Transportation Coordinator (Nhân viên Điều phối Vận tải)
Job Responsibilities
Dispatch Planning: Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules for trucks and drivers, optimizing routes to ensure on-time delivery while minimizing transportation costs.

Carrier Management: Coordinate with internal fleet drivers and external transport partners/3PL providers to ensure vehicle availability and service coverage.

Shipment Monitoring: Proactively monitor the status of all active shipments, providing real-time tracking updates to the warehouse, sales team, and customers.

Documentation & Compliance: Manage all necessary shipping documents (Delivery Notes, Waybills, Invoices) and ensure all transportation activities comply with local traffic laws and safety regulations.

Problem Resolution: Identify and troubleshoot transit issues—such as vehicle breakdowns, traffic delays, or loading problems—and implement quick solutions to minimize impact on customer service.

Cost Efficiency: Analyze fuel consumption, mileage, and carrier rates to propose initiatives for improving logistics efficiency and reducing overall transportation expenses.

Performance Reporting: Track and report on key transportation KPIs, such as On-Time Delivery (OTD) rates, freight costs, and driver productivity.

Team Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the warehouse team, delivery drivers, and customers to ensure smooth information flow throughout the order delivery cycle.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in transportation, dispatching, or logistics operations in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or ERP software.

Advanced Excel skills for tracking shipments and calculating logistics costs.

Geographic Knowledge: Strong understanding of local geography and road networks to effectively optimize delivery routes.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle interactions with drivers, clients, and partners under pressure.

Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset; ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during urgent situations or logistics disruptions.

Organization: High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
