Job Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document precise business requirements and functional specifications.

Process Mapping: Analyze existing workflows and business processes (AS-IS) and design improved, optimized processes (TO-BE) to enhance operational efficiency.

Bridge Between Teams: Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT/development teams to ensure technical solutions align perfectly with business objectives.

Data Analysis: Utilize data to support business decisions, creating dashboards, reports, and models that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and potential areas for improvement.

Solution Evaluation: Assess the feasibility and cost-benefit analysis of proposed projects, identifying risks and recommending the best-fit solutions.

Change Management: Support the implementation of new solutions by creating user manuals, conducting training sessions, and managing the transition for end-users.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flowcharts.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, Finance, or a related field. (MBA or professional certifications like CBAP/CCBA are a plus).

Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role involving systems analysis, process improvement, or project management.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart).

Strong command of data analysis tools (e.g., Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).

Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

Soft Skills:

Analytical Thinking: Ability to decompose complex problems into manageable parts and identify root causes.

Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon for business stakeholders and business needs for technical developers.
