Job Responsibilities
Instructional Delivery: Plan and deliver dynamic, student-centered English lessons that cater to varying proficiency levels (beginner to advanced).

Curriculum Development: Create and adapt lesson materials, activities, and assessments that align with learning objectives and student needs.

Skill Development: Teach all aspects of the language, including Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking, Grammar, and Vocabulary.

Assessment & Feedback: Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback on assignments, and track individual student growth.

Classroom Management: Foster an inclusive, positive, and motivating learning environment that encourages participation and inquiry.

Student Support: Identify learning gaps and provide additional support or personalized coaching to help students overcome linguistic challenges.

Collaboration: Work with other teaching staff to share best practices, participate in departmental meetings, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the curriculum.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.

Certifications: Recognized teaching certification (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or PGCE) is highly preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school, language center, or private tutoring setting.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with EdTech tools (e.g., Google Classroom, Zoom, Kahoot, Quizlet).

Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Suite for lesson planning and reporting.

Experience with interactive whiteboards or virtual learning environments is a plus.
