Job Responsibilities
Instructional Planning: Develop structured, age-appropriate lesson plans that break down complex letter shapes and strokes into manageable steps.

Demonstration & Coaching: Actively demonstrate proper technique, including pen grip, paper positioning, and body posture to ensure comfort and fluidity.

Skill Development: Teach the mechanics of handwriting, including spacing, alignment, stroke sequence, and pressure control for various writing styles.

Progress Tracking: Regularly assess student work to provide specific, constructive feedback on areas for improvement, celebrating milestones in their writing journey.

Environment Management: Create a calm, organized, and focused classroom atmosphere that promotes concentration and steady practice.

Curriculum Adaptation: Customize exercises to help students with specific challenges (e.g., left-handed writers, those with fine motor difficulties, or learners moving from print to cursive).

Materials Preparation: Prepare high-quality practice sheets, guides, and writing tools (pens, nibs, papers) suitable for the chosen script.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Fine Arts, or a related field. Professional experience or certifications in calligraphy or penmanship are a significant advantage.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in teaching handwriting, art, or specialized tutoring.

Technical Skills:

Expert-level skill in at least one major script (e.g., Spencerian, Copperplate, Italic, or standard Print).

Familiarity with various writing instruments (fountain pens, dip pens, pencils, markers).

Basic proficiency in digital tools for creating custom practice guides or worksheets.
