Job Responsibilities

Curriculum Leadership: Continuously evolve the curriculum to incorporate cutting-edge business trends, including AI in management, sustainability (ESG), digital transformation, and cross-cultural leadership.

Executive Mentorship: Serve as an advisor for MBA capstone projects, consultancy theses, and professional development journeys. Provide mentorship that helps students navigate career pivots or entrepreneurial ventures.

Research & Thought Leadership: Engage in applied research that addresses contemporary business challenges, contributing to the school’s standing in the professional and academic community.

Networking & Industry Engagement: Leverage your professional network to host guest speakers, industry panels, and company treks, ensuring students have direct exposure to executive-level expertise.

Departmental Development: Collaborate with faculty on program accreditation, student recruitment, and initiatives that maintain the program's prestige and market relevance.

Job Requirements
Education: PhD in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is highly preferred. Candidates with an MBA from a top-tier institution and significant executive-level experience will be considered.

Experience: 5+ years of combined experience in high-level management, consulting, or entrepreneurship, alongside a proven record of excellence in adult education or executive training.

Technical Skills:

Deep expertise in at least one core functional area (e.g., Finance, Strategy, Marketing, or Tech Management).
