Job OverviewWe are seeking an organized and empathetic Training Support Specialist in Human Resource Management (HRM) to join our faculty team. You will facilitate the delivery of curricula that blend strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development with the practical realities of modern labor relations.Job ResponsibilitiesProgram Coordination: Oversee the logistical and administrative execution of HRM training modules, ensuring that instructional resources, case studies, and digital platforms are optimized for learner engagement.Instructional Support: Assist Lead Instructors in facilitating classroom discussions on critical HR functions, such as performance management, compensation and benefits, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and labor law.Applied Lab Facilitation: Manage practical workshops where students utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data analytics tools to simulate recruitment workflows and employee lifecycle management.Curriculum Development Support: Assist in maintaining training materials to include emerging trends, such as digital transformation in HR, remote team management, and sustainable organizational culture building.Assessment & Feedback: Coordinate the grading of simulations and case study projects.
