We are seeking a strategic, visionary, and highly experienced Architectural and Engineering Manager to oversee the technical operations and professional growth of our engineering/design teams. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring all engineering and architectural work aligns with long-term organizational objectives.

Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of engineers, architects, and technical staff, fostering a culture of professional excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and manage timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.

Operational Excellence: Implement and refine standardized processes, quality control protocols, and project management methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Risk & Compliance Management: Identify potential technical or project risks early and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between internal departments (e.g., procurement, legal, construction) and external stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and vendors.

Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on project performance, identifying bottlenecks and presenting data-driven recommendations to senior management.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture is required. A Master’s degree (MBA or MS in Engineering Management) and a Professional Engineer (PE) or Licensed Architect (RA) credential are highly preferred.

Experience: Extensive experience in an engineering or architectural role, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or Jira).

Deep understanding of industry-standard design software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM) and its integration into project workflows.

Knowledge of contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements relevant to construction and engineering.
