We are seeking a meticulous, technically proficient, and detail-oriented Drafter to translate engineering and architectural concepts into precise, high-quality technical drawings. In this role, you will be the backbone of our documentation process, responsible for creating accurate blueprints, schematics, and 3D models that guide our construction and manufacturing projects. You will work closely with lead engineers and architects to ensure that all design intent is captured with absolute accuracy, adhering to industry standards and project-specific requirements. Key Responsibilities
Technical Drawing & Modeling: Produce detailed 2D technical drawings and 3D models based on design sketches, specifications, and notes provided by engineers and architects.

Design Coordination: Collaborate with the design team to integrate feedback and refine drawings, ensuring all technical details and measurements are consistent with project goals.

Standards Adherence: Maintain and follow strict drafting standards, including layers, line weights, dimensioning styles, and annotation protocols to ensure drawing uniformity.

Review & Validation: Perform rigorous quality checks on your own work and that of others, identifying potential design conflicts, measurement errors, or code compliance issues before final submission.

Revision Control: Manage and track drawing revisions throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the most current versions of documentation.

Documentation Management: Organize and archive digital drawing files, ensuring that all project records are accessible, secure, and clearly indexed.

Technical Support: Assist with the preparation of permit packages, bills of materials (BOMs), and field sketches to support construction or manufacturing teams on-site.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Associate’s degree in Drafting, Design Technology, or a relevant certificate from an accredited technical institution.

Experience: Previous experience as a drafter in an engineering, architectural, or manufacturing environment, with a strong portfolio of technical work.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or Inventor.

Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) or architectural detailing standards.

Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, structural diagrams, and site maps.

Experience with 3D visualization and rendering software is highly valued.
