JOB DESCRIPTION: Production Director
Job Summary
We are looking for a visionary Production Director to lead our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for all production activities, ensuring that our manufacturing processes are efficient, sustainable, and aligned with the company’s business objectives. You will play a critical role in scaling our production capacity and driving technological innovation within our facilities.

Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term production strategies to increase capacity, improve output quality, and reduce manufacturing costs.

Performance Leadership: Oversee the entire production lifecycle, from raw material procurement and processing to final product distribution.

Operational Excellence: Drive the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 initiatives to streamline operations and eliminate waste.

Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage the annual production budget, including CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) for machinery and OPEX (Operational Expenditure), ensuring high profitability.

Quality & Compliance: Ensure all production activities meet international quality standards (ISO, GMP, etc.) and strictly adhere to environmental, safety, and health regulations.

Innovation & Technology: Evaluate and introduce new manufacturing technologies, automation solutions, and software to stay competitive in the industry.

Talent Management: Mentor and develop the leadership pipeline, including Plant Managers and Department Heads, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Supply Chain, and Sales departments to ensure demand-supply alignment and new product integration.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical) or related fields. MBA is highly preferred.

Experience: 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple production facilities.

Expertise: Deep knowledge of production planning, supply chain management, and industrial automation.

Strategic Mindset: Proven track record in scaling production operations and managing large-scale organizational change.

Analytical Skills: Strong financial acumen (P&L management) and ability to use data analytics to drive operational decisions.

Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams, resolve complex operational conflicts, and build organizational culture.

Language: Fluency in Vietnamese and English (essential for multinational collaboration).
