JOB DESCRIPTION: Production Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to be responsible for overseeing all production operations in our factory. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the production process to ensure the highest quality products are delivered on time and at the best cost, while maintaining a safe and professional work environment.

Job Responsibilities
Production Coordination: Develop detailed weekly/monthly production plans based on orders and the factory's actual capacity.

Operations management: Supervising the production line, ensuring machinery operates smoothly and personnel follow proper procedures.

Quality control: Collaborate with the QC department to ensure all finished products meet specified technical standards.

Process optimization: Applying improvement methods (Lean, 5S, Kaizen) to reduce waste, increase productivity, and lower production costs.

Human resource management: Assigning tasks, providing skills training for workers, building discipline and a positive work environment.

Workplace safety: Ensure that the entire production area strictly complies with occupational safety and health (EHS) and fire prevention regulations.

Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on production output, performance, defect rates, and any issues that arise for the Board of Directors.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering fields (Mechanical, Electrical - Automation, Industrial Management).

Experience: At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar position at manufacturing plants.

Professional knowledge: In-depth understanding of production processes, warehouse management, materials management, and quality management tools (ISO, 5S, Lean Manufacturing).

Skill:

Good planning and time management skills.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle situations arising in the workshop.

Skills in leadership, people management, and effective communication.

Attitude: Able to withstand high work pressure, honest, responsible, and possessing a mindset for continuous improvement.

IT skills: Proficient in MS Office and production management/ERP software.
