JOB DESCRIPTION: Production Operator
Job Summary
We are looking for hardworking and responsible Production Staff/Workers to join our factory team. You will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, or packaging goods according to procedures, ensuring the company's production targets and quality standards are met.

Job Responsibilities
Machine operation: Directly operate production machinery, monitor technical parameters, and ensure continuous and stable machine operation.

Assembly/Manufacturing: Perform assembly, processing, or manufacturing of products in accordance with technical drawings or work instructions (SOPs).

Quality control: Conduct preliminary product inspections during work, identify product defects, and report them promptly to the Team Leader/Shift Supervisor.

Ensuring progress: Completing the assigned production quota for each shift.

Hygiene & Safety: Maintain cleanliness in the work area (according to 5S standards), strictly adhere to occupational safety and health (EHS) regulations, and wear full protective equipment.

Reporting: Record production logs and quantities of goods in the prescribed form or software.

Job Requirements
Education: High school diploma or vocational certificate or higher.

Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working in manufacturing plants (those without experience will be trained).

Health: Good health, able to work shifts (including night shifts) and stand for extended periods.

Skill:

Skillful, meticulous, and possessing a high level of concentration.

Ability to read and understand simple job instruction manuals.

Good teamwork and discipline.

Attitude: Honest, diligent, hardworking, and willing to learn new techniques.
