JOB DESCRIPTION: Warehouse Staff
Job Responsibilities
Receiving & Put-away: Receive incoming goods, inspect for quantity and quality, and record details into the system; move items to designated storage locations accurately.

Picking & Packing: Process customer orders by picking items from shelves, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment according to packing lists.

Inventory Management: Conduct regular physical stock counts (cycle counts), reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate records in the system.

Storage Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following 5S standards. Ensure goods are stored efficiently to optimize space.

Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks or forklifts, if certified) to move heavy or bulky items safely within the facility.

Documentation: Prepare delivery notes, shipping labels, and other warehouse-related documentation; ensure all paperwork is properly filed and updated.

Safety & Security: Adhere strictly to all safety policies and fire prevention regulations. Report any damage, hazards, or security issues to the Warehouse Supervisor immediately.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales, production, or logistics teams to ensure the timely flow of materials and goods.

Job Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or logistics environment is preferred.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to [Insert Weight] kg) repeatedly.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in counting, labeling, and verifying shipment details to prevent errors.

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of inventory systems (WMS) or ability to learn new software. Familiarity with MS Office (Excel) is a plus.

Attitude: Disciplined, hardworking, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Certification: Possession of a forklift license is a significant advantage.
