We are seeking a physically fit, dedicated, and highly reliable Agricultural Laborer to support our commercial farming and crop production operations. Key Responsibilities
Crop Cultivation & Field Prep: Prepare soil beds by tilling, plowing, and clearing debris; plant seeds, transplant seedlings, and construct supporting structures such as trellises, nets, or stakes.

Harvesting & Crop Quality Control: Manually pick, cut, and harvest delicate fruits, vegetables, or field crops at peak maturity, following strict handling guidelines to minimize bruising and product loss.

Irrigation System Monitoring: Install, operate, and maintain agricultural irrigation pipelines, drip systems, and water pumps to ensure uniform field hydration and water conservation.

Weed, Pest & Disease Control: Execute weed eradication via manual hoeing or clipping; identify plant anomalies and safely apply fertilizers, pesticides, and fungicides under strict supervisor oversight.

Post-Harvest Logistics & Packing: Sort, grade, wash, and pack harvested commodities according to size, weight, and quality standards, transferring packed crates safely into cold storage or transport vehicles.

Farm Machinery Operation: Safely operate utility vehicles, tractors, automated seeders, and power tools, ensuring equipment is cleaned, lubricated, and inspected before and after use.

Facility & Biosecurity Upkeep: Clean and sanitize processing areas, greenhouse facilities, and tools to meet rigorous food safety and biosecurity regulations; maintain fences and windbreaks.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; basic certification in Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) or an agricultural chemical applicator license is highly preferred.

Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in commercial agriculture, large-scale crop production, greenhouse cultivation, or intensive outdoor labor.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in operating small to medium farm machinery, agricultural power tools, and high-pressure washing systems.

Solid understanding of crop maturity indicators, proper harvesting techniques, and fundamental plant biology.

Comprehensive knowledge of personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements and health standards regarding agricultural chemical contact.

Personal Attributes:

Exceptional physical endurance and agility; capable of lifting up to 50+ lbs repeatedly, bending, kneeling, and working long shifts outdoors under harsh weather conditions.

Sharp observational skills with an analytical focus on spotting crop diseases, pest infestations, or structural damage early.

Highly reliable, adaptable, and composed, with the flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, weekends, or overtime during intense harvest seasons.

A collaborative team player with clear verbal communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with crop managers and logistics crews.
