We are seeking a precise, focused, and highly coordinated Assembler to join our manufacturing and production team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing basic manual assembly tasks, combining individual parts or components to construct finished products or sub-assemblies. Key Responsibilities
Component Assembly: Manually fit, align, fasten, and connect parts, wires, hardware, or materials together to form complete units or sub-assemblies based on production sheets.

Blueprint & Instruction Reading: Read and precisely interpret basic assembly instructions, blueprints, diagrams, and job orders to determine correct assembly sequences and material requirements.

Hand & Power Tool Operation: Safely and efficiently operate standard assembly tools, including screwdrivers, drills, riveting guns, soldering irons, clamps, and pliers.

Quality Inspection & Testing: Conduct routine visual and tactile checks on incoming parts and completed assemblies to detect defects, alignments flaws, or missing pieces, reporting any anomalies to supervisors.

Material Prep & Sorting: Organize, count, and verify that all necessary components and fasteners are present at your workstation before starting an assembly run to minimize downtime.

Workstation Upkeep & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and standardized work area (following 5S or similar protocols) to prevent product damage, tool loss, and workplace hazards.

Production Logging: Record daily output numbers, assembly times, and any defective part counts on paper tracking sheets or digital inventory logging systems.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; basic vocational training or coursework in mechanics or electronics assembly is a plus.

Experience: 0–2+ years of experience in manual assembly, product manufacturing, kitting, or a similar field requiring high manual precision.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in handling a wide range of standard manual mechanical hand tools and low-voltage power tools.

Basic ability to read and understand technical drawings, product schematics, and measurement metrics (rulers, calipers).

Familiarity with standard electronic or mechanical assembly safety procedures and anti-static (ESD) protocols if applicable.

Exceptional manual dexterity, steady hand-eye coordination, and physical stamina; capable of standing or sitting for long periods doing repetitive tasks.

Sharp attention to detail, ensuring every screw is tightened correctly, every piece fits flush, and no steps are skipped.
