We are seeking a physically strong, safety-conscious, and hard-working Construction Laborer to support our construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing job sites, handling raw materials, operating basic power tools, and assisting specialized tradespeople (such as carpenters, masons, and electricians). You will balance physical stamina with strict situational awareness to ensure that project deadlines are met without compromising safety standards. Key Responsibilities
Site Preparation & Logistics: Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, hazardous materials, and obstacles; dig trenches, compact earth, and backfill holes as required.

Material Handling & Distribution: Load, unload, and safely transport construction materials, equipment, and tools to designated work areas across the site.

Assisting Skilled Trades: Support specialized craftsmen by mixing mortar, pouring and spreading concrete, erecting scaffolding, and positioning structural components.

Tool & Equipment Operation: Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools, including jackhammers, drills, concrete mixers, grinders, and surveying equipment.

Safety & Compliance Adherence: Strictly follow OSHA and company safety protocols, wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and immediately report structural hazards or unsafe conditions.

Traffic Control & Signage: Set up and manage temporary traffic control signs, cones, and barricades to guide motorists and pedestrians safely around the construction zone.

Site Cleanup & Maintenance: Dismantle scaffolding and temporary structures upon project completion; clean, maintain, and properly store tools and machinery daily.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; an OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification is highly preferred.

Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in commercial, residential, or civil construction labor, or a similar field requiring heavy manual labor.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using standard construction hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

Basic knowledge of construction materials, mixing ratios (concrete/mortar), and standard building site procedures.

Ability to read blueprints, basic construction schematics, or tape measures is a significant advantage.

Personal Attributes:

Exceptional physical stamina, agility, and strength; capable of lifting up to 50–75 lbs repeatedly and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Strong situational awareness and high regard for personal safety and the safety of team members on site.

Highly reliable, punctual, and adaptable, with a strong ability to take direction and work effectively under pressure.

A collaborative team player with solid verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively in noisy environments.
