We are seeking a precise, fast-paced, and highly organized Hand Packer and Packager to join our manufacturing and distribution operations. In this role, you will be responsible for manually prepping, wrapping, boxing, and labeling a high volume of products before they are shipped to customers or retailers. You will balance speed and accuracy to ensure that all packages meet strict quality control standards, prevent product damage during transit, and hit daily production targets. Key Responsibilities
Manual Packaging & Assembly: Pack, wrap, and secure products into boxes, crates, bags, or containers using hands, tape dispensers, bubble wrap, and other protective materials.

Quality Control & Inspection: Examine products and packaging materials continuously for defects, damage, or inconsistencies, removing any substandard items from the line.

Labeling & Documentation: Apply correct barcode stickers, shipping labels, price tags, and expiration stamps onto packages according to product specifications and order manifests.

Weighing & Measuring: Weigh packed containers and measure dimensions to ensure compliance with shipping guidelines and inventory records, logging details into the system when required.

Line Replenishment & Stocking: Keep packing stations fully supplied with boxes, tape, labels, and protective inserts to prevent any bottlenecks or downtime on the line.

Sorting & Palletizing: Sort finished packages by zip code, carrier, or storage zone, and stack them neatly onto pallets, ensuring stable weight distribution for safe transport.

Workspace Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless, organized, and hazard-free packing area, strictly adhering to facility safety protocols and proper disposal of scrap materials.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; basic training in supply chain logistics or manufacturing safety is a plus.

Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in hand packing, assembly line production, warehouse fulfillment, or kitting operations.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with basic warehouse tools such as tape guns, utility knives, heat sealers, and digital weighing scales.

Basic literacy and math skills for counting items, verifying order codes (SKUs), and reading packing lists accurately.

Familiarity with digital scanning devices (RF scanners) to update inventory and order fulfillment statuses.

Personal Attributes:

Exceptional manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and physical stamina; capable of standing for long shifts and performing repetitive motions quickly.

Sharp attention to detail, taking pride in ensuring boxes are taped perfectly, labels are straight, and counts are exactly correct.
