We are seeking a highly disciplined, efficient, and detail-oriented Production Line Worker to join our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities
Assembly & Fabrication: Manually assemble components, parts, or finished goods on the production line strictly according to blueprints, technical schematics, and standardized manufacturing procedures.

Machine & Tool Operation: Safely operate automated machinery, conveyors, pneumatic tools, and specialized hand tools, monitoring equipment performance to prevent jams or breakdowns.

Quality Control Inspection: Conduct continuous visual and physical inspections of raw materials and finished products, immediately pulling defective items off the line to minimize product waste.

Line Replenishment: Monitor ingredient or material stock levels at your assigned station, proactively replenishing components to ensure seamless, uninterrupted production flows.

Packaging & Sorting: Sort, stack, containerize, and label finished products accurately as they reach the end of the production line, preparing them for immediate warehouse transfer.

Data & Output Logging: Track and record hourly production counts, reject rates, and machine maintenance issues on digital logs or paper shift sheets for supervisor review.

Sanitization & Safety Compliance: Clean and sanitize your workstation, tools, and machinery at the end of each shift, strictly adhering to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; vocational training or certifications in manufacturing safety (e.g., 5S methodology) are highly preferred.

Experience: 1–3+ years of experience working as an assembly line worker, factory hand, or production technician in a manufacturing or processing environment.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in utilizing basic manufacturing hand tools, digital scales, gauges, and automated control panels.

Basic computer literacy for logging daily production metrics and tracking electronic work orders.

Solid understanding of quality control principles, cross-contamination risks, and standard emergency-stop protocols.

Personal Attributes:

Exceptional manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and physical stamina; comfortable performing repetitive motions and standing for long, demanding shifts.

Sharp attention to detail with an analytical eye for spotting tiny defects, scratches, or alignment issues in fast-moving items.
