We are seeking a highly organized, efficient, and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our logistics and distribution team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the daily workflows of our warehouse facility, including receiving inventory, sorting and stocking shelves, picking and packing customer orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Inbound Logistics: Unload incoming delivery trucks, inspect cargo for damage, verify item quantities against packing slips, and accurately log new inventory into the system.

Stocking & Inventory Rotation: Put away received goods in designated storage bins, racks, or shelves, utilizing proper inventory placement strategies and rotation methods (e.g., FIFO).

Order Picking & Fulfillment: Locate and retrieve products from warehouse aisles using digital picking lists, order sheets, or handheld RF scanners, ensuring 100% accuracy in item selection.

Packing & Shipping Prep: Securely pack, wrap, and label merchandise into boxes or onto pallets, applying appropriate protective padding to ensure goods survive transit without damage.

Inventory Auditing & Counts: Assist in regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to identify discrepancies, report low stock levels, and minimize inventory shrinkage.

Equipment & Machinery Operation: Safely operate warehouse handling tools such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, ladders, and order-picking carts, ensuring all machinery is checked before use.

Facility Safety & Upkeep: Maintain an immaculate and organized warehouse floor by clearing debris, recycling cardboard, sweeping aisles, and setting up safety signs to prevent accidents.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience; basic certification in warehouse safety, supply chain, or forklift operation is highly preferred.

Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics fulfillment centers, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing environments.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in operating handheld digital devices, RF barcode scanners, and navigating basic Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Solid mathematical skills for quick inventory counting, weight verification, and measuring box dimensions.

Comprehensive knowledge of standard warehouse safety guidelines, proper lifting techniques, and hazardous material handling.

Personal Attributes:

Exceptional physical stamina and conditioning; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly, reaching, bending, and standing for long, demanding shifts.

Sharp attention to detail with an analytical focus on tracking SKU codes, quantities, and order details precisely.

Highly reliable, self-disciplined, and able to work collaboratively with a diverse logistics crew to meet strict shipping deadlines.
