We are offering an excellent opportunity for motivated and detail-oriented students or recent graduates to join our Housekeeping Department as a Housekeeping Intern. This internship provides hands-on exposure to hotel operations, professional housekeeping standards, team collaboration, and guest service excellence. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship while supporting daily housekeeping activities in a luxury or upscale hospitality environment. Ideal for individuals pursuing a career in hospitality management.
Key Responsibilities

Learning Housekeeping Operations: Shadow and assist Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, Housemen, and Supervisors in daily cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Guest Room & Public Area Support: Help with room cleaning, linen changing, amenity replenishment, and maintaining cleanliness in lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and pool areas.
Linen & Supply Handling: Assist with linen collection, delivery, and inventory counting under supervision.
Training Participation: Actively join training sessions on cleaning techniques, chemical safety, guest service standards, and hotel systems.
Special Projects: Support setup for events, deep cleaning projects, and seasonal maintenance under guidance.
Reporting & Documentation: Help prepare basic reports, checklists, and maintain accurate records as assigned.
Guest Service Assistance: Provide friendly support to guests and coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Engineering, Laundry).
Safety & Hygiene: Strictly follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Hotel Management, or related fields.
Experience: No prior work experience required. Strong enthusiasm for hospitality and willingness to learn is essential.
Technical & Practical Skills:
Basic English communication skills (Vietnamese proficiency required).
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and handle light physical tasks.
