We are seeking energetic, detail-oriented, and reliable Room Attendants / Public Attendants to join our housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness and comfort to our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining pristine guest rooms and high-traffic public areas, ensuring every space meets the highest standards of hygiene, presentation, and service. Key Responsibilities

Guest Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and balconies daily; change bed linens, towels, and amenities according to standards and guest requests.
Public Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain public spaces including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, elevators, restaurants, pool areas, and fitness centers.
Deep Cleaning & Sanitization: Perform deep cleaning tasks, carpet care, window cleaning, and disinfection of high-touch surfaces to uphold hygiene and safety protocols.
Linen & Supply Management: Handle linen exchange, replenish guest room supplies, and report low stock of amenities and cleaning materials.
Guest Service Excellence: Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests (e.g., extra towels, room setup); maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Reporting & Team Coordination: Report maintenance issues, lost & found items, or damages to supervisors; coordinate with team members and other departments for smooth operations.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures, including proper chemical handling and use of personal protective equipment.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/housekeeping training is a plus.
Experience: 0–2+ years in housekeeping, room attendant, or cleaning roles. Fresh candidates with strong work ethic and willingness to learn are welcome.
Practical Skills:
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safe use of chemicals.
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail.

Soft Skills & Attributes:
Positive service mindset with good communication skills.
Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks, bending, lifting, and standing for long periods.
Honesty, reliability, punctuality, and ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends and holidays).
Team player who can also work independently.
