We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage inventory, supplies, and stockroom operations. In this critical role, you will ensure accurate receiving, storage, issuance, and record-keeping of goods and materials to support smooth departmental and operational needs. If you have strong inventory management skills, integrity, and the ability to maintain organized storage areas, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to operational efficiency in a hotel, resort, warehouse, or facility environment.
Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, label, and store incoming supplies, equipment, and materials according to established procedures.
Stock Control & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate stock records using manual logs or inventory management systems; conduct regular stock counts, reconciliations, and reports.
Issuance of Supplies: Issue items to departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, etc.) upon approved requests while ensuring proper documentation and FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.
Storage Area Maintenance: Keep storerooms, warehouses, and storage areas clean, organized, safe, and pest-free.
Inventory Optimization: Monitor stock levels, identify low-stock items, and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstock.
Quality & Compliance: Inspect goods for damage or expiry; ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company policies.
Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports, variance analysis, and maintain proper filing of delivery notes, invoices, and issue vouchers.
Asset & Equipment Support: Track and maintain fixed assets or reusable items under store management.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or higher; certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management is an advantage.
Experience: 1–4+ years as Storekeeper, Store Assistant, or Inventory Controller in hospitality, warehouse, retail, or manufacturing.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and inventory management software or hotel systems (PMS / ERP).
Basic knowledge of stock control principles (FIFO, LIFO, ABC analysis).

Soft Skills:
High level of honesty, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physical fitness for lifting, moving stock, and working in store environments.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
