We are seeking an experienced, leadership-driven AI Ethics and Governance Specialist to lead our responsible AI initiatives and maintain the highest standards of transparency, fairness, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, motivate, and evaluate the AI governance team, including compliance analysts, technical auditors, and policy researchers.

Standards & Quality Control: Establish and enforce high standards for algorithmic transparency, bias mitigation, and human-in-the-loop protocols; conduct regular AI system audits and impact assessments.

Operations Planning: Develop and manage AI governance roadmaps, risk assessment frameworks, and model lifecycle policies to ensure responsible development and deployment.

Resource & Budget Management: Control budgets for external ethics audits, specialized compliance software, and educational workshops; manage relationships with regulatory bodies and ethics consultants.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, Legal, and Executive teams to ensure that AI product development integrates ethical considerations from inception.

Training & Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on AI ethics, responsible data usage, and regulatory requirements; mentor technical leads on fairness in ML.

Compliance & Reliability: Ensure full adherence to global AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF), data privacy laws, and internal corporate social responsibility guidelines.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare reports on AI risk posture, model performance transparency, and audit results; implement innovative methodologies for algorithmic accountability.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, Public Policy, or a related field is preferred. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI ethics, law, or compliance are highly desirable.

Experience: 5–10+ years in technology governance, AI policy, or data ethics, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership, senior, or managerial capacity. Experience in enterprise-level AI implementation is highly desirable.

Technical & Management Skills:

Strong knowledge of AI/ML lifecycles, algorithmic bias identification, and model explainability techniques.

Expertise in regulatory frameworks, risk management methodologies, and data privacy standards.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, navigate complex ethical dilemmas, and influence strategic decision-making.

Soft Skills:

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex ethical principles into actionable technical requirements.
