JOB DESCRIPTION: Android Developer (Lập trình viên Android)
Job Responsibilities
App Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin and Java.

UI/UX Implementation: Translate design mockups into responsive, beautiful user interfaces using Jetpack Compose or XML Layouts.

Architecture & Best Practices: Build modular and scalable app architectures following modern patterns like MVVM or MVI and Clean Architecture.

API Integration: Connect the application to backend services via RESTful APIs or GraphQL, ensuring efficient data fetching and JSON parsing.

Database Management: Utilize local storage solutions such as Room Database, DataStore, or SharedPreferences to manage offline data.

Code Quality & Testing: Write unit tests and UI tests (Espresso, JUnit, Mockito) to ensure code reliability and minimize production issues.

Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize app performance, including memory management, battery efficiency, and UI rendering speed.

Deployment: Prepare and publish applications to the Google Play Store, manage release tracks, and monitor crash reports using tools like Firebase Crashlytics.

Collaboration: Participate in code reviews, Agile sprints, and brainstorming sessions to improve product features and development workflows.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical fields.

Experience: 2–5+ years of experience in native Android development.

Technical Skills:

Languages: Strong expertise in Kotlin (preferred) and Java.

Frameworks/Libraries: Proficiency in Jetpack libraries (Navigation, Lifecycle, ViewModel, WorkManager), Coroutines, and Flow/RxJava.

Dependency Injection: Experience with Hilt or Dagger.

Tools: Proficient in Android Studio, Git/GitHub, and Gradle.

Networking: Experience with Retrofit, OkHttp, or Ktor.

Problem-Solving: Logical mindset to debug complex issues and understand asynchronous programming.

Soft Skills: Collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning new Android updates (Material Design 3, Compose Multiplatform, etc.).
