We are seeking an experienced, leadership-driven Cybersecurity Analyst/Specialist to lead our security operations and maintain the highest standards of threat detection, risk management, and system defense. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, motivate, and evaluate the security team, including security analysts, incident responders, and compliance specialists.

Standards & Quality Control: Establish and enforce high security standards, threat hunting protocols, and incident handling procedures; conduct regular vulnerability assessments and security audits.

Operations Planning: Develop and manage security roadmaps, disaster recovery playbooks, and threat mitigation strategies to ensure rapid response to evolving cyber threats.

Resource & Budget Management: Control security tool licensing, subscription costs for threat intelligence feeds, and department budgets; manage relationships with security vendors and managed service providers.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and Executive teams to translate business risks into effective security strategies and promote a culture of security-first development.

Training & Development: Design and deliver comprehensive security awareness and training programs; mentor team members on emerging threat vectors, forensics, and defensive techniques.

Compliance & Reliability: Ensure full adherence to data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), industry security frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS, SOC2), and internal corporate governance guidelines.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare reports on security posture, incident metrics, and risk status; implement innovative defensive methodologies and automated security orchestration.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GCIH, CEH) are highly desirable.

Experience: 5–10+ years in information security or network defense, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership, senior, or managerial capacity. Experience in enterprise environments is highly desirable.

Technical & Management Skills:

Strong knowledge of SIEM/SOAR platforms, endpoint protection, network security, and cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Expertise in vulnerability management, penetration testing methodologies, and forensic analysis.

Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage high-stakes incident responses, and optimize operational security costs.
