JOB DESCRIPTION: DevOps Engineer (Kỹ sư DevOps)
Job Responsibilities
CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring rapid and reliable software delivery.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi) to ensure environment consistency and scalability.

Containerization & Orchestration: Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring high availability, load balancing, and efficient resource utilization.

Cloud Operations: Administer and optimize cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), focusing on cost management, security, and performance tuning.

Monitoring & Logging: Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog) to proactively identify and resolve system issues.

Security (DevSecOps): Integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle, including vulnerability scanning, secret management, and compliance auditing.

System Reliability: Troubleshoot complex system issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and optimize system performance to ensure maximum uptime.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with software development and QA teams to facilitate smooth transitions from code development to production environments.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 2–5+ years of experience in DevOps, System Administration, or Cloud Engineering roles.

Technical Skills:

Cloud Platforms: Proficient in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Containerization: Deep understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.

IaC/Automation: Strong experience with tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

CI/CD: Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.

Scripting: Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or Go).

OS: Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix administration.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose system bottlenecks and performance degradation.

Soft Skills: A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to manage incidents calmly and effectively under pressure.
