We are seeking an experienced, leadership-driven DevOps Engineer to lead our infrastructure and deployment operations and maintain the highest standards of system reliability, automation, and continuous delivery. In this senior role, you will oversee all aspects of the software delivery lifecycle, including CI/CD pipeline optimization, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), and site reliability. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, motivate, and evaluate the entire DevOps team, including reliability engineers, build/release engineers, and platform specialists.

Standards & Quality Control: Establish and enforce high automation standards, security-as-code protocols, and architectural best practices; conduct regular infrastructure audits and performance reviews.

Operations Planning: Develop and manage deployment roadmaps, release schedules, and infrastructure scaling strategies to ensure high availability and efficient development workflows.

Resource & Budget Management: Control cloud infrastructure costs (FinOps), software licensing, and development tool budgets; manage relationships with cloud and tooling vendors.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Development, QA, and Product teams to eliminate silos, improve deployment frequency, and ensure seamless delivery of software solutions.

Training & Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and site reliability engineering (SRE); mentor team leads.

Compliance & Reliability: Ensure full adherence to security standards, audit requirements, and internal corporate governance guidelines across the development and production environments.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare reports on deployment metrics (DORA metrics), system uptime, and incident resolution times; implement innovative automation and observability methodologies.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, DevOps, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., CKA, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect) are highly desirable.

Experience: 5–10+ years in software development or systems engineering, with at least 3–5 years in a technical leadership or DevOps management capacity. Experience in managing large-scale cloud-native environments is highly desirable.

Technical & Management Skills:

Strong knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi).

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog), and scripting (Python, Bash, Go).

Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and optimize end-to-end software delivery lifecycles.
