JOB DESCRIPTION: Full-Stack Developer (Lập trình viên Full-stack)
Job Responsibilities
End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable applications covering both client-side (Front-end) and server-side (Back-end) architecture.

Feature Implementation: Translate business requirements into functional features, building clean, efficient, and well-documented code for the entire software stack.

API & Integration: Build and consume RESTful APIs or GraphQL, ensuring smooth integration between front-end components and back-end logic, including third-party services.

Database Design: Architect and maintain efficient databases (SQL/NoSQL), ensuring data integrity, optimized query performance, and secure data storage.

Performance & Security: Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security; implement best practices for data protection and user authentication.

System Deployment: Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure management to ensure seamless deployment and maintenance.

Collaboration: Work in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and cross-functional meetings to solve technical challenges.

Technical Leadership: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, proactively suggesting improvements to the tech stack and development workflows.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical fields.

Experience: 2–5+ years of experience as a Full-stack Developer or experience in both Front-end and Back-end roles.

Technical Skills:

Front-end: Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.

Back-end: Strong proficiency in server-side languages (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or Go).

Database: Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and non-relational (MongoDB, Redis) databases.

Tools: Proficient in Git, package managers, and understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and Docker.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mind with the ability to troubleshoot complex bugs across the entire stack.

Communication: Ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business goals, communicating clearly with team members and stakeholders.
