JOB DESCRIPTION: Graphic Designer / Web Designer (Nhà thiết kế Đồ họa & Web)
Job Responsibilities
Visual Design: Create compelling visual assets for digital and print media, including banners, social media posts, email newsletters, advertisements, and promotional materials.

Web Design: Conceptualize and design user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing website layouts, landing pages, and web interface elements that align with brand identity.

UI Assets: Design UI components, icons, illustrations, and imagery optimized for web and mobile performance.

Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve the company’s visual brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency in fonts, colors, and imagery style.

Collaboration: Partner with marketing teams to translate campaign requirements into effective visual designs, and work with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of web designs.

Asset Management: Organize and manage a library of design assets, templates, and stock photos for easy team access.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current design trends, digital tools, and industry best practices to bring fresh, creative ideas to the team.

Pre-press/Production: Prepare final files for print (if applicable) or web production, ensuring correct dimensions, file formats, and resolution settings.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, or related fields.

Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in both graphic design and web/digital design.

Technical Skills:

Creative Suite: Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Web Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for web layout design.

Web Standards: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is highly advantageous to communicate effectively with developers.

Design Principles: Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio is required to demonstrate a mix of print/social media graphics and web design projects.

Creativity: A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to turn abstract ideas into visually engaging designs.

Communication: Ability to accept feedback constructively and explain design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
