JOB DESCRIPTION: HR / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Chuyên viên Nhân sự / Tuyển dụng)
Job Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting initial assessments, and managing candidate communication.
Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Interview & Selection: Facilitate interviews, coordinate with department heads to evaluate candidate fit, and lead salary negotiations and offer management.
HR Operations: Support core HR functions, including onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Performance & Retention: Assist in performance appraisal processes, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications to foster a positive and productive work culture.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to advise management on hiring strategies.
Reporting: Track recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and provide regular reports to leadership.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or generalist HR roles, preferably in the tech or professional services industry.
Recruitment Skills: Proven ability to source active and passive candidates; proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Legal Knowledge: Solid understanding of local labor laws, employment contracts, and compliance requirements.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Soft Skills:
Emotional Intelligence: Ability to assess cultural fit and handle sensitive personnel matters with discretion.
Organizational Skills: Meticulous approach to managing multiple open roles simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Proactivity: Self-starter mindset with the ability to anticipate team hiring needs.
Language: Fluency in Vietnamese and English is highly preferred for international environments.
