We are seeking an experienced, leadership-driven IT Consultant and Strategist to lead our high-level technology planning and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, motivate, and evaluate the internal strategy team and external partner consultants; oversee cross-functional project squads.

Standards & Quality Control: Establish and enforce high architectural standards, digital governance policies, and technology adoption frameworks; conduct regular strategy health checks.

Operations Planning: Develop and manage long-term IT strategic roadmaps, digital transformation initiatives, and technology investment cycles to drive business efficiency.

Resource & Budget Management: Control technology investment budgets (CapEx/OpEx), software portfolio rationalization, and ROI analysis for new system acquisitions; manage relationships with senior technology partners.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with the C-Suite, department heads, and board members to translate high-level business goals into actionable, future-proof technical strategies.

Training & Development: Design and deliver comprehensive workshops on emerging technologies, digital literacy, and IT strategy for senior leadership; mentor team leads.

Compliance & Reliability: Ensure full adherence to industry regulations, global data governance standards, and internal corporate risk management policies.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare executive reports on digital performance, competitive technology benchmarking, and industry trend analysis; implement innovative strategic methodologies and organizational change management practices.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. An MBA or advanced technical strategy certification is highly desirable.

Experience: 10+ years in IT consulting, systems integration, or technology management, with at least 5+ years in a senior advisory or leadership capacity. Proven track record of successful digital transformation projects is highly desirable.

Technical & Management Skills:

Strong knowledge of enterprise IT landscapes, cloud transformation, cybersecurity strategy, and data-driven decision-making.

Expertise in strategic framework development (e.g., SWOT, ROI analysis, business process re-engineering).

Proven ability to lead large-scale strategic initiatives, influence executive stakeholders, and optimize organizational technology spending.

Soft Skills:
