We are seeking a versatile, highly organized, and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to manage the complex technology infrastructure of our multi-specialty clinic. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of a diverse range of clinical and administrative systems across multiple departments (e.g., Radiology, Laboratory, Pharmacy, and General Practice). Key Responsibilities
Integrated Systems Management: Administer and troubleshoot enterprise-level Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Practice Management systems, ensuring smooth data flow between departments.

Clinical Equipment Support: Provide technical support for specialized medical diagnostic equipment, imaging systems (PACS/DICOM), and departmental hardware, ensuring seamless integration with central IT infrastructure.

Departmental Coordination: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for diverse medical teams, balancing priorities and ensuring specialized workflows are supported without disruption.

Security & Compliance: Enforce rigorous HIPAA-compliant data security protocols, including endpoint protection, encrypted backups, and granular access controls tailored to specific medical roles.

Network & Infrastructure: Maintain reliable network connectivity, high-speed VoIP systems, and Wi-Fi coverage across the entire clinic footprint to support mission-critical medical services.

Asset & Lifecycle Strategy: Manage the procurement, installation, and decommissioning of medical-grade hardware, ensuring all devices meet the performance requirements of their specific specialty.

Training & Onboarding: Develop and conduct IT training sessions for medical and administrative staff on new systems, data privacy best practices, and standard troubleshooting procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field; professional certifications like CompTIA A+, Security+, or specialized healthcare IT certifications are highly preferred.

Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in IT support, preferably within a large multi-specialty clinic, hospital, or integrated healthcare network.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in managing Windows/Server environments and complex network configurations.

Strong familiarity with EHR/EMR platforms and HL7 integration standards.

Deep understanding of healthcare data privacy regulations (HIPAA/HITECH) and medical software ecosystem.

Experience with ticketing systems and remote monitoring/management (RMM) software for distributed environments.
