JOB DESCRIPTION: Marketing / Content Specialist (Nhân viên Marketing & Nội dung)
Job Responsibilities
Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar aligned with marketing objectives to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Content Creation: Produce high-quality, creative, and optimized content across multiple channels, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, landing pages, and ad copy.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, etc.), responding to comments and community interactions.
SEO/SEM Optimization: Write SEO-friendly content, conduct keyword research, and optimize website copy to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement multi-channel campaigns, measuring performance and adjusting strategies for maximum ROI.
Visual Assets: Coordinate with designers to create or create basic visuals, infographics, and short-form video content that resonates with the target audience.
Performance Analysis: Track and report on content performance (engagement rates, conversion rates, traffic) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or HubSpot.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor content strategies, and platform algorithm changes to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields.
Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
Writing Skills: Exceptional storytelling ability and copywriting skills with a strong command of grammar, style, and tone of voice.
Digital Literacy: Proficiency in content management systems (WordPress), social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
SEO/Analytics: Solid understanding of SEO principles and the ability to interpret data to inform content strategy.
Visual Design (Basic): Working knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Premiere Rush/CapCut is highly preferred.
Soft Skills:
Creativity: Ability to brainstorm fresh ideas and adapt them for different formats.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects with varying deadlines.
Communication: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with designers, developers, and sales teams.
