JOB DESCRIPTION: .NET Developer (Lập trình viên .NET)
Job Responsibilities
Full-Stack/Back-end Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable applications using the .NET ecosystem (ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8+).

Architecture & Design: Participate in architectural discussions to design clean, modular, and maintainable software systems following SOLID principles and design patterns.

API Development: Build and consume secure, high-performance RESTful APIs or gRPC services for mobile and web front-end integration.

Database Management: Architect and optimize database interactions using Entity Framework (EF) Core or Dapper with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).

Performance Optimization: Analyze application bottlenecks, optimize query performance, and ensure high availability and responsiveness of services.

Cloud & Infrastructure: Collaborate on containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud deployment (Azure or AWS) to ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines.

Code Quality: Perform thorough code reviews, write unit/integration tests (xUnit/NUnit), and ensure adherence to security best practices.

Collaboration: Work within an Agile/Scrum team to estimate tasks, participate in sprint planning, and troubleshoot complex production issues.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical fields.

Experience: 2–5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on the .NET framework.

Technical Skills:

Languages: Expert knowledge of C#.

Frameworks: Proficiency in ASP.NET Core, Web API, and MVC.

Database: Strong experience with SQL Server and ORM tools like Entity Framework Core.

Modern Practices: Understanding of Microservices architecture, Dependency Injection, and Asynchronous programming.

Tools: Proficient in Git, Visual Studio/VS Code, and understanding of CI/CD concepts (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).

Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to debug complex multi-threaded or distributed systems.

Communication: Clear communication skills, capable of explaining technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
