JOB DESCRIPTION: Project Manager (PM)
Job Responsibilities
Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and final closure.

Planning & Scheduling: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; create detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones while managing resource allocation.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding project progress, risks, and changes.

Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify project risks and bottlenecks; develop contingency plans and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, etc.), ensuring alignment with business objectives and project requirements.

Budget & Resource Control: Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource usage to ensure projects remain profitable and within cost limits.

Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular status reports, presentations, and dashboards to upper management regarding project health, KPIs, and performance.

Process Improvement: Promote best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall) to improve team productivity and delivery quality.

Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within software development, IT services, or logistics operations.

Methodology: Strong knowledge of Project Management frameworks (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master certification is a plus).

Technical Literacy: Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate effectively with engineers and technical stakeholders.

Tools Proficiency: Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

Soft Skills:

Leadership: Ability to manage and influence team members without direct hierarchical authority.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency is highly preferred).

Negotiation: Skillful at negotiating scope changes, timelines, and resource availability.

Analytical Ability: Strong decision-making skills under pressure and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
