We are seeking an expert Security Solution Architect (Zero Trust) to design, implement, and govern a comprehensive Zero Trust security framework for our new luxury hotel and resort’s entire technology ecosystem. This senior technical leadership role is critical during the pre-opening phase, ensuring secure foundations for cloud infrastructure, digital platforms, guest data, payment systems, and operational technologies.
As Security Solution Architect, you will work closely with the DevOps Engineer, Senior Delivery Manager, IT teams, and General Manager to embed security-by-design across AWS cloud, Magento 2, frontend/backend applications, mobile systems, PMS integrations, and all guest-facing digital services.
Key Responsibilities
Zero Trust Architecture Design

Design and implement a full Zero Trust security model (never trust, always verify) across on-premise, cloud (AWS), and hybrid environments.
Define micro-segmentation, identity & access management (IAM), continuous authentication, and least-privilege access policies.

Security Strategy & Implementation

Architect end-to-end security solutions for cloud infrastructure, networks, applications, endpoints, and data.
Lead security integration for key systems: Magento 2 e-commerce, booking engine, PMS (Opera), payment gateways, and mobile trading/guest apps.
Implement advanced threat protection, encryption, DLP, SIEM, and security automation.

Risk Assessment & Compliance

Conduct security risk assessments, gap analysis, and threat modeling for pre-opening digital launches.
Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR/PDPA, Vietnam cybersecurity regulations, and international hospitality standards.
Support document verification, audit readiness, security policies, and third-party vendor security assessments.

Collaboration & Governance

Work with DevOps and development teams to embed security into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).
Provide security guidance and technical leadership across all project deliveries.
Develop and maintain security architecture documentation, roadmaps, and standards.

Incident Response & Continuous Improvement

Design incident response and business continuity plans.
Monitor emerging threats and continuously evolve the Zero Trust architecture.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications (CISSP, CCSP, AWS Certified Security, Zero Trust certifications) are highly preferred.

Experience

8–14+ years in cybersecurity with at least 4–6 years as a Security Architect or Solution Architect.
Proven experience designing and implementing Zero Trust architectures in cloud environments (AWS strongly preferred).
Experience in hospitality, fintech, or large-scale digital transformation projects is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills

Deep expertise in Zero Trust principles, AWS security services (IAM, GuardDuty, Security Hub, WAF, etc.).
Strong knowledge of identity management (Okta, Azure AD, Cognito), network security, container security (Docker/Kubernetes), and API security.
Experience with SIEM, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and secure coding practices.
Familiarity with hospitality systems (PMS, POS, booking engines) and PCI DSS compliance.

Language & Soft Skills

Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Vietnamese is a strong advantage.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Ability to translate complex security concepts into business-friendly recommendations.
